We offer a whole range of support programs for customers, from helpdesk and telephone support packages through to management and on-site support. Each package can be tailored according to a customer’s precise requirements.

Cobham Wireless offers a range of services allowing our customers to select as much or as little support and assistance as they need to complement the use of our products.
Our support centre is the place to go to request a RMA or if you would like to speak directly to a member of our team.
We provide a standard 12 month warranty on most of our service equipment, some do come with two years as standard, against any defect or fault caused by faulty design, materials or workmanship. Customers can also take out an extended warranty on products at the time of the original purchase. Service warranty following any repair is 90 days for any unit outside of its standard warranty.
