OEM Calibration is offered on most products as it is required to ensure that the readings made by Cobham Wireless instruments continue to meet performance specifications and user’s required accuracy. Components will age over time and at some point the readings will no longer be in the specified parameters of the instrument. In order to maintain the integrity of this instrument, a calibration interval must be established. Cobham Wireless has a suite of service catalogue products which are designed to provide ongoing high-quality support throughout the lifetime of our products. SURVEY
Our team’s extensive engineering skills provide comprehensive coverage for survey services for installation of new equipment.

INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
Whilst some of our customers are fully comfortable with installing Cobham Wireless solutions themselves, some might like to take advantage of our engineer’s extensive commissioning expertise to set up and test the system.

TRAINING
Training packages are available for some products to allow customers to maintain their own systems, should they wish to do so. Training courses can be tailored to meet individual circumstances.

ASSISTANCE
Cobham Wireless telephone and email support service designed to ensure our customers always have access to highly qualified engineers who are able to provide advice on support of our products. The service is provided during standard office hours by telephone or by email as soon as available.

EXCHANGE
