Here at Cobham Wireless we provide a standard 12 month warranty on most of our equipment against any defect or fault caused by faulty design, materials or workmanship.
The warranty period starts when the products are shipped from our manufacturing facility. Should the product fail during the warranty period the customer should contact the
Cobham Wireless Support Centre directly, to obtain an RMA number and arrange to return the goods back to one of our repair facilities.
Cobham Wireless’ warranty does not include any loss, injury or damage caused by the equipment. Customers can take out an extended warranty on products at the time of the original purchase – in many cases up to 5 years. Note the full terms and conditions of Cobham Wireless’ warranty are available on request from your local sales contact.
Outside of warranty we offer a full repair service on all our products. To return a product which has failed please contact the Cobham Wireless Support Centre to request a RMA number and provide details of where the product should be sent to. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged to protect it in transit. Cobham Wireless will provide a quotation for the repair once an initial investigation has been carried out. Service warranty following any repair is 90 days for any unit outside of its standard warranty.
